In two of the enclosed bedrooms, you have a Queen K bed, In Bedroom 3 you have Twin over full Bunkbed and 3 sleeping recliners. Sleeps 10 with an additional fee $25.00 per night per extra person up to 12. No Smoking, Please. There is a $90 cleaning fee per stay. There is a $500 security deposit that will be held on your credit card pending determination that upon departure the renter has left the rental in the same condition as it was upon arrival, it will be released within a couple days of your departure.
