Plateau Suite A is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental located in the middle of town. Be our guest and live like the locals. Plateau Suite A offers the convenience of location to stores and restaurants and also allows riders to access the trails directly from the home, fully equipped kitchen featuring microwave, stove and a coffeemaker. Washer and Dryer| Bedroom #1 is equipped with 1 King bed. Bedroom #2 is furnished with 1 Queen bed. Bedroom #3 has the Full/Twin bunk beds. Also, for your convenience, we have 3 Futons in the Living Room. Sleeps 10 with an additional fee $25.00 per night per extra person up to 12. No Smoking, Please. There is a $90 cleaning fee per stay. Each guest will be required to hold a $500.00 security deposit on your credit card. Once the determination that upon departure the renter has left the rental in the same condition as it was upon arrival, the security deposit will be released.
