The HOOT I is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom luxury cabin located just off trail # 1 in the Brimstone® Campground. The large balcony overlooks the river and Trailhead #1. Features include a 42” HD Flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD player, satellite TV with over 250 channels and Pay Per View. There is a full sized, fully-equipped kitchen featuring microwave, stove, and coffeemaker. Wi-Fi is available for purchase. In the enclosed bedrooms, you have 1 queen bed and 2 queen beds in the loft bedroom. The Living Room is equipped with a sleeper sofa. On the deck, there’s rustic deck furniture. Plus, the New River access in front of the cabin offers some unreal fishing (walleye, small mouth, muskie, redeye, etc.). For your enjoyment, we have a Counsel House Fire Pit – Nathan’s Place for group gatherings and pure ole country talk. No Pets, Please. No Smoking, Please. There is a $90 cleaning fee per stay. There is an additional fee of $25.00 per night per extra person. The HOOT is a duplex and has the ability to sleep 8 if both Hoot I and Hoot II are rented. When rented with the All Nighter, Hoot II, Riverside, and LRV, we have the ability to accommodate 26-30 people all in one area. There is a $500 security deposit that will be held on your credit card pending determination that upon departure the renter has left the cabin in the same condition as it was upon arrival, it will be released within a couple days of your departure.
