THE GARAGE is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom garage located at the junction of Winona Rd and River Rd. Features include a 50″ Flat screen TV in the living room with Dish Network and Pay-Per View. There is a full sized, fully-equipped kitchen featuring microwave, stove, and coffeemaker. The Garage has an electric fireplace in the living room. In the enclosed bedrooms, you have 1 queen bed in bedroom #1 and 1 queen bed in bedroom #2. There are 3 bunk beds in the main room for a total of 6 twin beds. There is one bathroom that has separate entries for the shower and toilet which makes it convenient for larger parties. For your enjoyment, we have a fire pit right outside of the house. Plus, the pond located in the front of our Schoolhouse, Garage and Schoolbus cabins allow us to offer some unreal fishing. The Garage does share parking with the Schoolhouse. You can combine the Schoolhouse, Garage and Brimstone School Bus to accommodate 19 in one location. There is an additional fee of $25.00 per night per extra person. There is a $75 cleaning fee per stay. There is a $175 security deposit that will be held on your credit card pending determination that upon departure the renter has left the cabin in the same condition as it was upon arrival, it will be released within a couple days of your departure.
